The Etz Chaim Youth Department is a parent cooperative run by volunteer Youth Directors. Shabbat Morning Groups for children ages 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12, as well as a 'Mommy/Daddy and Me' playgroup for children ages 0-3 meet weekly from 9:45-11:15 AM, throughout the school year. Educational games designed for each age group make learning about the weekly Parsha, Jewish Holidays and Mitzvot fun and exciting. Groups continue throughout the summer months, in a less formal capacity, with parent volunteers supervising on a rotating basis.
