For over a decade our Shiur HaChodesh for Women by Women has served to expand opportunities for advanced Judaic studies for women in Kew Gardens Hills and surrounding communities. It is a once monthly session of high-level text-based Torah study by some of the foremost women teachers and professors of Tanach, from both Israel and the United States. In the past, our sessions have been held on Wed. evenings at 7:30 P.M.

We want to offer you the opportunity to reserve slots for full sponsorship or support-in-part to enable the continuation of this program that we all appreciate.

We are suggesting a subscription of $30.00  for Etz Chaim members and $36.00 for non-members for all 8 shiurim. Individual shiurim will have a suggested donation amount of $5.00 for members and $6.00 for non-members. As those of you who have attended this series well know, our speakers are representative of the highest level of women scholars in the world of Jewish Studies. Subscriptions, sponsorships and support-in-part provide the means for us to bring these amazing women to you. Please contact Hadassah Waxman at This email address is being protected from spambots.
