It is my great pleasure to invite you to join us for this year’s Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Services.
We will once again be offering our Early Bird discount and Member Priority Seating programs for those who qualify, as described later in this letter If your account is not in good standing, you will not qualify for the member priority seating program NOR for member rates.To bring your account up-to-date or if you have any questions or concerns about your account, about your personal situation or about any outstanding balances, please don’t hesitate to contact our Treasurer, Golda Yadlovker (718-880-2070) or myself (347-993-2061).
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY FULL PAYMENT, unless you have made alternative payment arrangements with the treasurer. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any concerns you may have or to work out a payment arrangement that is within your means.
Reservations may be made by mail or personal appointment with any of the following members of the seating committee:

Because payment must accompany each reservation, e-mail or telephone reservations cannot be accepted, although you are, of course, encouraged to use the contact information listed above to exchange information with the committee members.
Even if payment for seats has been made directly to the Treasurer or via our website, reservations MUST still be made with a member of the committee, or your seating preferences may not be satisfied.
If you are interested in receiving advance notification about the starting times of the Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur Services, please notify the committee of this and provide your contact information (preferably e-mail) to a member of the committee. We will do our best to provide the information when the schedules are finalized.
Early Bird Discount
All valid reservations made by Rosh Chodesh Elul (this year: August 12th ) will be eligible to receive a discount of $10 per seat. In order to qualify, the reservations must be accompanied by full payment and must be postmarked or received by that date. Members who have made payment arrangements with the treasurer and who are adhering to those agreements, are considered to have made full payment.
Member Priority Seating
Members “in good standing” who make their reservations byRosh Chodesh Elul (this year: August 12th) are entitled to priority seating. Seating preferences for participants in this program will be filled according to continuous membership seniority.
Member priority seating applies only to members, their unmarried children and their parents. Seats allocated under this program are not transferable without the explicit approval of the Seating Committee.
If your account is not in good standing, you do not qualify for member priority seating. In order to qualify, the reservations must also be accompanied by full payment and must be postmarked or received by the deadline date.
Seating preferences for all reservations made after Rosh Chodesh Elul will be filled on a first-come first-served basis, based upon remaining seat availability, with all remaining seats also available to the general public.
Members who are not “in good standing” or Non-Members are, of course, welcome to reserve High Holiday seats at any time and ARE also eligible for the Early Bird Discount described above. However, seating preferences for these reservations will not be be finalized until after Rosh Chodesh Elul (this year: August 12th), when they will be satisfied, based upon remaining seat availability, on a first-come first-served basis.
All reservations must be accompanied by full payment.
Membership rates apply only to shul members and their minor children. Child Rates apply until age 18. Relatives of members must pay non-member rates.
